I am sure you have seen some of your friends wearing clear braces for their orthodontic treatment over the past few years. This new orthodontic alternative to traditional metal braces, is called the "Invisalign" system and uses a series of removable clear plastic aligners to gently and gradually guide teeth into alignment. This is a wonderful alternative for smile design, and is especially popular in adult orthodontic treatment plans.

When fitted for an Invisalign system, Dr. Beavers will generate two models: One made from a mold of your teeth in their existing position, and the other, which represents the final position of your beautifully straightened teeth. Based on these two models, a series of clear, invisible braces will be created that gradually guide your teeth from their original alignment to their final, straightened position. You will switch to the next set of aligners every two weeks. The number of steps and time this will take depends on individual factors such as the severity and types of problems with your smile.
